The CZ P-01 is better since it actually has a rail lol. With the right grips the P-01 can be about 1.2" thick, maybe a little thinner, 43x is 1.1" thick. Not that big of a difference. I have a P-01, PCR, and had a P365XL, there's a big difference in hand and on body. The 365XL is thinner than the 43x.
