However, I then set level up to Eco. Here's my reasoning: 1) Eco max saves 35% of your hard earned $'s or Euros! Example: weekly profit = $7704998, Minus 35% (Eco) would have only yeilded $5008249; for the number of miles I've travelled, that's a difference between $57.6 per mile and $37.5 per mile - $20 per mile is a lot of dough!

Buy a cheap truck asap (don't forget to save a little bit extra for gas on your first haul). I won't upgrade that truck; just make runs until I can upgrade to something with a bit more power (in previous games, this mean going from a Class C to a Class B truck), as the engine in that first truck is going to struggle on grades and that costs time.

I have seen some streamers with billions of euros or money or whatever the currency is and I only get like 16k for a 7hr delivery and Im making barely any money at all to pay off loans and get a garage and trucks. I want to know the best ways to make good money without cheating.

In short, the more drivers you hire, the more money you will make. I have, I think, 60 drivers with trailers, my account is at around £35 million. I doubt I will ever need that amount of money, in game. So once you have made your money, bin them and just keep a couple to prop up the account. #4.
Euro Truck Simulator 2 Guide. Best Trailers to Make Money in ETS2. 5 Low Bed. Price: €55,210. Earnings: up to ~€86.57/km. Typical cargo types: Heavy machinery
I'm always choosing freezer or curtain and according to destination. I look where are cargoes, and taking the one I want to go at this moment. I don't really care about prices weight or whatever, as they are irrelevant at this level. I have already to much money in game. #5.
Longer distance + very urgent job + chemicals. #2. Meeeps Nov 6, 2013 @ 7:25am. This is kinda unlocical, it seems like longer distance also gives you more money/km. So final statement is the more money you will earn, the more XP you get, those are pretty much proportional. Last edited by Meeeps ; Nov 6, 2013 @ 7:26am. #3.
1 point in fragile, 1 point in high value, 1 point in any ADR (I recommend 8 for medicine) then dump all into long distance, followed by urgent deliveries levels 1 and 2, and redistribute others between high value and ADR, finishing off with fragile cargo and eco driving once you have your own truck and trailer. wrench-breaker ETS 2 • 2 yr
My first truck was a Scania R500 and that i still have, it does the job and I love my truck. That also means that i have wait a long time before i bought my first truck, and i have take quick jobs a long time, but that way i dicovered more of the map and have a high level and lot of money to start with. no bankloan here

If you have hired drivers, check their income. That might be where your money went. To get out of debt, could just take a couple loans to get it down, then take 2 big jobs and you'll be set. The only economy change has been that hired drivers initially had negative income for 1.39 due to new trailers or something. 12. Next Driver Skills Prev Career Owner of a company. By completing order you earn money and gain experience points (EXP). You gain 1 EXP for each kilometer with a cargo. Your skills allow for gaining bonuses apart from money and EXP. You may get some extra payment. Notice, that the bonus payment corresponds with your driver's level (second row). Ran into a bug that caused me to earn no money for two runs. Would like to actually have made that money. I've enabled the console but don't know the code to use to add or set funds a desired amount. Thanks! 4CwQJu.
