Heat VS. Payback. I have played NFS Heat and swiftly followed it up with Payback since it was a free game a couple of months ago and holy crap! The differences are amazing. However, there is good and bad in both. First, I want to say this. The folks who worked on Heat did an amazing job fixing the way things look in this game versus Payback.

I had a trial of NFS 2015 and really enjoyed the customisation in that. I have not picked up NFS Heat at all! Heat has varied terrain, off road events and cops that don't mess around. But NFS 2015 aka Need For Speed is FAR superior to Heat. The UI, the atmosphere, the story, it is a love letter to the franchise. The graphics are on the same level as Heat. I was bored of Heat and wanted to try one of the other ones.
Here are the Need for Speed Payback System Requirements (Minimum) CPU: Intel i3 6300 @ 3.8GHz or AMD FX 8150 @ 3.6GHz with 4 hardware threads. CPU SPEED: Info. RAM: 6 GB. Ever so slightly better graphics and more fun gameplay. You cant play heat on steam family library however. But if $$$ savings is a concern payback is a better overall value.
